The why
Phil Gray founded Gray Matter Solutions after noticing the same thing again and again. Technology is everywhere, and it is sold to everyone, but the support to make it genuinely useful for the people who need it most is hard to find, expensive, or rushed.
He has spent years working where technology, human behaviour, and practical outcomes meet, most recently in AI strategy and capability consulting. Gray Matter Solutions is where that experience gets put to work for individuals and families, one home at a time.

How we work
Phil works directly with every client. No subcontractors, no handoffs, and no call centre. When you book GMS, you get Phil.
We are vendor-neutral on purpose. We do not sell products and we do not take commissions, so our only incentive is to make your technology work for you. We explain what we are doing as we go, we leave written notes, and we never talk down to anyone.
What we believe
Good technology support is calm, patient, and done properly. It fits around the person rather than forcing the person to fit around the technology. It is honest about what technology can and cannot do. And it leaves people more confident than it found them.
Where we work
Gray Matter Solutions is based in Sydney and serves the Northern Beaches, North Shore, and Inner West, including suburbs such as Manly, Dee Why, Chatswood, Lane Cove, Balmain, and Leichhardt. If you are just outside that area, ask us anyway.
