We have kept the process simple on purpose. Here is exactly what happens.
A conversation first
We start with a free 15-minute call to understand your situation. What you have got, what is not working, and what you are hoping to achieve. There is no obligation and no sales pitch. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you, and we will try to point you somewhere better.
A proper first visit
If it makes sense to go ahead, we spend one to two hours with you at home. We look at your existing technology, understand your routines, and put together a clear plan. You get a written summary of what we found and what we recommend, usually within a couple of days.
Setup and training at your pace
We do the hands-on work, then take the time to show you how everything works. You get written notes to keep, in plain language. Follow-up visits are available as things change, but they are never assumed and never pushed.
What to expect from us

Then what?
Some people need a single visit and never call again. Others like a quarterly check-in to stay on top of updates and new devices. Both are completely fine. You are in charge of how much support you want.
